My dog's stomach feels hard after an accident. Is it serious?

Pet's info: Dog | Maltese | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 4 months old | 13 lbs

If someone kicked my dogs stomachs or if he got hurt, would his stomach be hard?

The stomach can get hard from internal damage or severe pain. if Jax seems to have a hard stomach and he isn't himself then you should take him to the vet ASAP in order to get it checked and make sure he isn't injured.

    Yes the fact that his stomach is soft is a very good sign that things will be just fine. Also if he doesn't have any bruising then he is likely going to be ok. It takes major trauma to cause internal bleeding in pets, in the form of being hit by a car or dropped from a 2 story building. So unless you intentionally punched your pet with all your might, he likely will be able to recover from this minor hit. I hope everything works out well for Jax. Take care.
