My swift fell and is injured. How to help it with no vet nearby?

Hi, a common swift fell yesterday while flying and got stuck in a very high tree with lots of branches and leaves,he was still stuck this morning but he moved in the branches and I was able to catch him,he drank some water and I've put him in the window so he can fly,he's lying on his belly with his wings spread a little only moving his head to look around.he has drops of fresh blood near his claws there are no vets or wildlife association that can take care of him,how can I help him?

If you cannot get him to a vet or rehabilitator all you can do is keep him warm and comfortable and try to offer him food and water. Give him some peace and quiet and he may come around and gain some strength. It sounds like he is in shock and possible injured. You can only do your best, and often wild birds don't do well when they are injured.
