Why are my 2-month-old puppies scratching, losing fur, and red?

Hello there. I need some advice about my 2 month old mixed breed puppies. About 2 days ago, I noticed that their hair has becoming thinner and falling apart. Also they have been scratching their body every now and often. Up close, there's a hint of redness in their paws and belly. I have observed in one of the puppies that there are lots of scaly spots in his stomach. One of my theories why this happened is either their previous food or they got an allergy by the bleach when I mopped the floor.

My biggest concern would be a bacterial infection, ringworm, or mange since they both have similar symptoms. They all can look similar. I would have your vet take a look at them to see what medicines they may need to make them feel better.
