My 11-year-old basset hound moves slow and seems uncomfortable.

11 y/o basset hound, moving like he's in very slow motion. Eating, drinking, going to the bathroom. No vomiting or drooling. No limping or visible pain. Seems a bit agitated, has trouble getting comfortable. Pet's info: Dog | Basset Hound | Male | neutered | 11 years old | 62 lbs

Dogs are very good at going along with pain without much complaining. Your dog is exhibiting Classic signs of discomfort. It may be joint pain/ arthritis or back pain. You should have assessed by your vet to see where the issue is and consider starting him on some kind of pain management .
