My dog's fever is still 103.6 after vet. What should I do now?

my dog is suffering from high fever(107) so i take my dog to hospital and doctor gave medicines and injections so the temperature is down to 103.6 then they tell me to go home . but after reaching home and after observing few hours the temperature remains same (103.6) can you please suggest what i do? Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | 77 lbs

!03.6 is still high but not very high, Sam is probably fighting an infection, i am sure the vets also gave him antibiotics , it will take 2-3 days until they start taking effect against the bacterias, until then Sam will probably have mild fever.
