My dog throws up yellow foam & stomach gurgles after food switch. Is it normal?

My dog will sometimes throw up this yellow-green foam and whenever I switch up his food his stomach makes strange sounds and I was wondering if that's normal and if he's okay? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered

Vomiting and diarrhea can be normal when foods are switched or if they eat something they shouldn't have. To help prevent it in the future you can mix the foods before changing completely. As long as Winston is still playful and not having diarrhea and no change in his appetite I would not worry.
