Ideally you want to brush your dogs teeth once a day. But if you can brush 2 to 3 times a week then that would be great to reduce tartar and gingivitis from developing. Best wishes with Jackie and maintaining her good oral hygiene. : )

    Hi there. Great question! In reality, the best thing is to brush them at least once per day but I would say that is not realistic for most owners. If you could do it at least 3 times per week I think that would be sufficient under most circumstances. Hope this answers your question. If you have more questions please feel free to post again.     Ideally the teeth should be brushed every day, but this is not always an option. in some breeds it's more critical than others, generally speaking twice a week should be decent enough for most dogs that are not prone to bad gums/teeth.
