I am sorry Bull is not feeling well. Basic on the pictures I would be concerned about allergies. Dogs can have allergies to food, environment and fleas. Sometimes when dogs come into contact with something that causes an allergy their skin will become red and itchy. I am concerned about the bloody diarrhea. I recommend taking Bull to a vet due to the bloody stool. You could start Bull on a bland diet of boiled chicken and white rice to calm down his stomach. IF at anytime he is getting worse,vomiting or not improving he does need to see a vet.
