My Puppy (7 week old Euro Springer Spaniel) just coughed up some brown looking vomit. There was hardly any, but I am worried. It had a leaf stem in it. Pet's info: Dog | English Springer Spaniel | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 19 days old | 9.1 lbs

Oh no, poor Lily! It could be that she is simply throwing up the leaf and she may have eaten some dirt outside. Puppies are known to eat things they should not. I can give you a home remedy to see if that helps. Withhold food for 6-8 hours, then feed a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in her normal diet. If the vomiting continues in the absence of food, she vomits the bland diet, develops diarrhea, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, she will need to see a vet right away.
