My squirrel's tail is bald from an old injury. What can I do?

My squirrel has no fur on his tail.. I looks like as a rat tail... Actually half of its portion broken when he was a lol baby... But for 1.6 yrs there is no fur on his tail.... I applied gentaline.. But no positive result... Can u suggest something..... And plz tell the name of the disease also

The tail and skin likely suffered trauma at some point that affected hair growth. If it isn't spreading, itching or causing discomfort then this is probably how he will remain for his lifetime. You could consider having it amputated but if it really isn't bothering him, leave it as is.
