German Shepherd's head is purple after scab. Will her hair grow back?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | spayed | 9 months and 26 days old | 90 lbs

My German Shepherd is 9 months. I took her to the vet because she is a nasty scab on her head and they gave me flea and tick pills and skin ointment. Now her head looks much better but now it is colored purpleish. Im not sure if she will ever grow her hair back....i will post before and after pics...it took 2 weeks for the scab to go away

The skin is discolored but doesn't appear unhealthy. it doesn't not look rough or scarred so there is a good chance the hair will grow back. Although sometimes it grows back a different color or texture it will take a few more weeks before you see hair start to fill in.
