I think my pet mouse might have overheated, when it happend she started hipervenilating in the corner so I took her and put cold water on her she immediately acted better and started to walk around but her furlooks a little weird and it looks like her glands are swollen , also her feces looks super diffrent. What should I do?

Poor peanut. IT is not common for a mouse to over heat unless they are left outside. I would recommend taking him to a vet because he might have an underlying issue which caused this episode. Mice can get heart disease, bacterial ,viral and fungal disease which can cause them to have increased breathing rates. Hope peanut feels better
