Why is my dog dripping pee unknowingly? What causes it and what to do?

Hello hoping you can help me the past while my dog has been dripping pee unknowingly but I've noticed the past couple of days he has went from dripping to a dribble is there something you think could be causing this or is there some remedy to hell this? Thanks in advance. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 110 lbs

It could be that Nikko is suffering from a UTI or bladder stones causing him to pee unknowingly. I would have him seen by a vet for it, as both of these illnesses requires treatment from the vet in order to remedy the symptoms. I recommend having him seen by a vet tomorrow morning.
