Dog stung by bug, face swelling, black gums. Should I see a vet?

I need help on how to treat my dog after a bug bit or stung him i have no clue what bug stung/bit him but he is swelling on the face and he is drooling. His chest is turning black and his gums are turning black and looks like his gums are bloody. He is drinking and eating water he is not throwing up.His stool is normal he urinates normally. He is starting to breath a little fast. He got bit or stung 2-3 days.

It sounds like he needs to be seen by a vet as soon as possible. The swelling still being there after 2-3 days along with changes in breathing now can be signs of an reaction. The dark discoloration changes can indicate a change in blood supply to certain areas which is possible with snake or spider bites. A vet can see what medications will be best to help!
