It could be that Pixie is suffering from puppy pyoderma, which is a skin infection. She could also have petechiae, which is tiny pin points of blood caused by a bleeding disorder. Without seeing her in person, there is no way I can say for certain what is cousin these red spots. The only way to know for sure is to have her seen by a vet. The vet can diagnose what is causing these spots on her skin and can treat her for it.

If you are talking about the circular areas on her skin along her lower abdomen and the small red areas on her belly, you might be seeing evident of a puppy pyoderma. Pyoderma is an overgrowth of the normal bacteria on the skin. It is very common in puppies and can appear as small red areas, red bumps, white bumps, crusts (scabs), or even rings (called collarettes). Pyodermas in puppies sometimes require antibiotics, but are often easy to resolve with medicated wipes, so your veterinarian may recommend those. Good luck!
