My dog is vomiting and weak after ear cancer injection. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | 77 lbs

My dog has suffered from cancer in ear, and doctor give him a injection and said that I examine him for 1 week if the cancer growth is reduce then we give that injection again and reduce that growth but if injection can't work ghee we do the surgery. So my concern is that,dr.already give that injection to my dog and after next day my dog feel good,stop eating,vomit start also and weakness so what I do please suggest me.

I'm sorry to hear about your issues with Sam. If he appears weak and is vomiting, he should be seen by your veterinarian again. The symptoms may be unrelated to the injection. A thorough examination and possibly blood work will be helpful to determine what the underlying cause is.
