Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 7 years and 8 months old | 87 lbs
Our male GSD of 6yrs has (for the past year) been dripping blood from his penis. We did take him to the vet last year, & the vet said it probably had something to do with his prostate. We don't have the money for surgery ane we still aren't really sure WHAT it is.... Lately he's be dripping a bit more than usual. We don't know what to do! Should we just get him diapers? lol. It doesn't seem to be hurting him but.... other than this he's a very healthy boy.

He should be re-examined by a veterinarian to determine the cause. It could be caused by a problem with his prostate but he could also have a urinary tract infection and/or bladder stones. Your vet can check a urine sample and take an xray to evaluate his bladder and prostate. Without doing diagnostic testing, it is impossible to know the exact cause and best way to treat.
