My dog, a pomeranian x poodle, has been wheezing really bad, vomiting with streaks of blood, and has very liquid based feces streaked with blood. I'm really scared, can anyone help?

She is cute! If she is wheezing really bad then it would be best to have her examined by a vet to determine the cause. Your vet can take an xray to evaluate her heart and lungs. She may need an antibiotic, anti-inflammatory, and/or a bronchodilator to help with her breathing. Your vet can also prescribe medications to help with the vomiting and diarrhea.
