How often and what's the best way to bathe my dog and wash their face?

Hi all. I want to tell you that you all deserve to be in the American Hero Awards! Also how do I bath our goofapotamus and how do wash her face? Thanks again for the amazing support and guidance!

:-) Thank you very much! You should bathe Bella no more often than once every 6-8 weeks. Use a shampoos approved for dogs. Place cotton balls in her ears, wet her down, lather her up and rinse thoroughly. Dry her then brush her out afterwards. Don't forget to remove the cotton balls! The face is a bit trickier since most dogs hate having water splashed or poured on their faces. Ideally, a sterile ophthalmic ointment should be placed in each eye to protect from soap. You can then carefully wash her face and rinse as normal. An easier option would be to use plain, unscented baby wipes or pet wipes to wash around her face.
