Why is my 5-week-old puppy constipated, not eating, and in pain?

Hi. My 5 week old puppy is constipated and not eating. Every time she tries to poop, she cannot. Also her butthole is red. And when i try to clean her, she cries. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 5 months and 7 days old | 2 lbs

I recommend taking diamond to a veterinarian due to her young age. It is possible diet or parasites are causing the constipation and painful rectum. Unfortunately their are not great ways to fix this without a veterinarians help.
