My dog's skin fungus won't clear up. What should I try next?

My female dog is almost a year old and is 3/4 American pitbull terrier and 1/4 dogo argentino she has had bad skin fungus since about the second or third month of her life and has been to 4 vet appointments concerning her skin fungus she has been prescribed many antibiotics and topical spray. What else can or should I do that can help prevent and get rid of her skin condition as it has yet to go away? Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed | 9 months and 24 days old | 50 lbs
