My kitten is vomiting, not eating, can't walk. Is she dying?

I got a 10 weeks old kitten, who suddenly started vomiting on a Friday night. She vomited this white liquid with a little bit of blood in it, she vomited few more times that night. She's drinking water but she's not eating all and now she's unable to walk properly. I don't know what to do and don't want her to die so is she going to die somehow? I will attach 2 photos of how she looks right now and the last time she popped. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 17 days old | 1.102 lbs
