Dog licking private area with discharge. Home remedies for infection?

Pet's info: Dog | Yorkipoo | Male | neutered | 2 years old | 13 lbs

My dog keep licking his private area and now there is discharge/white. I think he has an infection. Is there any home remdey that I can try first before taking him to vet which I don't have the money right now?

You could try to clean the area with a mild soap and water. You can put a cone collar on his to prevent licking so he doesn't make the infection worse. If it's a urinary tract infection, it likely won't get better without oral antibiotics but you can try to encourage him to drink more water to help flush him out. I hope this helps.
