My dog has moist sores on his leg and neck. What should I do?

My dog has come out with 3 spots almost like a moist wound spot on his back leg and back of neck and am not sure what it is. We have added a soft mattres to his bed and applied some antiseptic cream but am not sure what else could do. Pet's info: Dog | Greyhound | Male | unneutered | 9 months and 17 days old | 65 lbs

The spot in the picture looks infected, it will need to be clipped and treated with antibiotics. he will also need to wear an e-collar in order to prevent him from licking the area and making it worse. i would recommend taking him to the vet in order to get it treated.
