Why is my cat's cheek swollen with black spots near her ear?

my cat's right side cheek is swollen real bis and its has black spots on it and it looks like its going to her ear

The most likely cause of swelling in that area is an abscess - this could have been from fighting with another cat or TeeTee may have scratched herself and caused the injury. An ear infection may the cause of her scratching if she is indoor only and not in contact with other cats. Either way, she will probably need antibiotics prescribed by your vet. If the abscess bursts before you take her in (try to go tomorrow) you may see discharge and blood. This can be carefully cleaned with just warm salty water and cotton balls.

    Oh dear! Eeve needs to go to the veterinarian today. That is either an infection or a tooth root abscess. Both of these require treatment and she should wear an elizabethan wat all times to protect the lesion from scratching. I hope this helps and please feel free to post any additional questions.
