My dog's neck is very swollen and covered in red, oozing lumps. It's gotten worse, and more lumps have appeared. She's scratching at it desperately and clawing herself. Tail is tucked, mouth dry, feverish. Has gotten worse since pics taken earlier today. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 40 lbs
