Oreo is a handsome guy! I'm not sure that I have ever seen a phosphorus level elevated to that degree, leading me to wonder if it may be artifactual and a result of hemolysis of the blood sample. It may be worth drawing another blood sample to confirm this result. I see that his bilirubin is significantly elevated as well, and this can occur as a result of different gallbladder or liver conditions. It is worth discussing a prescription based liver diet (such as Science Diet L/D or Royal Canin Hepatic Diet) with Oreo's vet. Without further information as to why these changes are occurring, it is difficult to determine precisely what Oreo should be eating both to help manage these changes as well as work on his weight loss. I hope that all goes well!
