Why does my kitten have white moving worms in poop after deworming?

Pet's info: Cat | Ragdoll | Male | unneutered | 5 months and 29 days old

My kitten has tried panacur, sensitive food been flea and wormed and I did his cat litter today and noticed white things moving in his stool ....even tho he been wormed I read on it and it says it could b worms help with this he did take a pill from tablet for all worms at vet....

Yes, Casper could have worms and it could be tapeworms which are not treated by panacur. Tapeworms require praziquantel to kill, which is available by prescription only from the vet. Kittens need to be dewormed every month until they are six months of age, and it could be that Casper has a heavy burden of worms and needs another deworming treatment now. Once he reaches six months of age, he should be dewormed every three months. I would take him and a sample of his feces into the vet so the vet can treat him.
