My parrot feels cold. How can I keep my bird warm in winter?

How can I prevent my parrot from being cold? In my city we can get to 15°C (celsius).

The best way to keep the parrot warm would be to make sure the room it lives in is always heated. You could get a thermostat for the room so that it always stay at a constant temperature. Covering the cage with a heavy blanket also helps to insulate it at night.
