Hi, I have a maltese dog, 4 years old. He was eating his food which have kibbles and raw carrot. His food got stuck in his throat and he kept making noises like want to vomit but can't vomit anything out. We try giving him a back rub n throat rub. It stop a while and it came back again after few min. Is he okay? After 2 hour he have that same chocking sound again.

It sounds like a bit of food got stuck in Baby's orsophagus. It is likely that it cleared when she was coughing initially, but it has probably caused some irritation hence why she is still making the sound. I would keep an eye on her and if it continues you could take her to the vet to have her throat checked, she may need an anti inflammatory.
