Each day seems something new. Bella has ALWAYS licked front paws. Recently she has been chewing a bit more aggressive, noticed a couple times that after her front left leg will twitch almost like a spasm when she sits up after. Had anesthesia on Monday w/ teeth extractions on clindacure and only did 2 doses of loxicom. Believe also has allergies (scratches chin a lot)has enlarged lymph nodes in neck. Vet said to call Monday if still enlarged. Could any of these things be linked to the leg spasm?

I don't think these things are related to the leg spasm unless she is just really really itching. If it is related to the allergies, then we need to try to get those under control. Poor girl! If you have already tried anti-histamines like Benadryl and a hypoallergenic diet then I would talk to your vet about apoquel which is an prescription allergy medicine that is safe long term and can help improve her allergies tremendously! I hope this helps.
