Offering homecooked foods to supplement your dog's normal dog food can help with appetite. Using boiled chicken, lean hamburger or even chicken broth on his food may entice Ceasar to eat. Given that he has other medical problems, I would recommend checking with your veterinarian before adding new things to Ceasar's diet. Always avoid fatty, greasy or salty foods and keep in mind that some foods are not safe for pets including but not limited to chocolate, grapes/raisins and many types of nuts.
