Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 11 years and 5 months old | 50 lbs
My 11year old dog has got persistent diarrhoea.she used to have trouble keeping on weigh so she has been fed tux energy biscuits (for working dogs) they are very high in fat.recently she has become obese, so I cut down the amount of biscuits fed.she appears to have no other symptoms.no blood or mucus passed and not black in colour.normal appetite.

Honey's diarrhea could be due to food intolerance/sensitivity, chronic parasites like Giardia, IBD or even something in her small intestine like a pancreas issue. Most of these potential causes requires some type of lab test to diagnose so I recommend she be examined by her veterinarian. Sometimes a diet change is needed, other times medication.
