My male dog, a crossbreed cavilier/bichon, has been sick first thing in the morning on several occasions recently. The sick is more phlegm like and has no food in it. What could the cause be and what treatment can I give. thank you

IF the vomiting occurs before he eats in the morning, it could be due to build up of stomach acid in the stomach, try feeding him later at night and earlier in the morning and see if it makes any difference.
