My dog has a duck-like cough and a moving face lump. Is it kennel cough?

My akita mastiff, is 1,he goes to a day centre when I have to work, he now has a cough that sounds like a duck, I suspect kennel cough. He also has a small lump on his face which has just appeared and moves slightly, I'm wondering of this is a gland if he is ill. He is still acting normal,eating/drinking bouncy, happy, otherwise I would of got him to the vets by now but there isn't one open close that doesn't charge a fortune until Monday. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 11 months and 23 days old

It is probably Kennel Cough indeed, this disease usually resolves without treatment within a couple weeks but if the cough is too severe it is recommended to go to the vet in order to get cough medicine and antibiotics.
