My puppy had a collar injury. Now he has a nosebleed. ER needed?

My puppy got hung up on his collar playing with other puppy. The vet said he just had bruising in his eye from the pressure on his neck (eye is bloody and swollen). Now it is evening and he started getting a nose bleed. Should I rush him to the emergency vet? He is a 7.5 pound yorkiepoo. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered | 10 months and 30 days old | 7.5 lbs

The nose bleed is worrying indeed, but it could be related to the same trauma. if he is otherwise absolutely fine you can wait and see, monitor him closely and make sure he doesn't become lethargic. if he isn't' himself at all- take him to the ER.
