My dogs poop is balls and with a slight mucus, her stomach is also hard, what does it mean? Is it healthy?

A hard stomach and abnormal feces are usually both a sign of a gastrointestinal problem, unfortunately there are many condition in the GI tract that could cause these symptoms, you should take her to the vet ASAP in order to get that checked.
