It's possible, but most intact female dogs do not urine mark the way that intact males do. It's more likely that Raven is urinating in the house due to a medical problem such as a urinary tract infection or bladder stones, or she may simply not be fully housetrained. If you suspect that she may have a medical problem, I would recommend having her checked by a vet - he/she can take a urine sample for analysis to determine if an infection or other problem is present. If her exam and lab work are normal, feel free to post again with a bit more information about how often she has accidents, when/where they usually happen, and how you originally housetrained her - we would be happy to try and make more specific suggestions if needed.

Getting her spayed in this case is not likely to fix the issue, i would recommend having it investigated by your vet first as it could be a urinary infection or an anatomical abnormality in the urinary tract.
