My dog has skin bumps, bloody stool, and toe growth. Is it cancer?

Hello, I'm a proud pet owner of an Old English Bulldog of 5 yrs. Jax seems to have a severe skin issue but his stub, and also has little bumps all over his body. He also has fresh red blood in his fecies. Recently I have notice growth in between his falangies as well. This is very overwhelming for me considering this is the first dog I have owned? Do these symptoms sound cancerous?

They don't "sound" cancerous, but you would need biopsies or aspirates done by your veterinarian to diagnose or rule out malignancy. Given his breed, the skin symptoms likely have an allergic component. You should have him examined by your veterinarian for confirmation. Antihistamines and antibiotics may be indicated. Discuss allergy testing, hydrolyzed diets and food elimination trials with your veterinarian. The blood in the stool may be due to parasites, inflammation or gastrointestinal upset. Submit a stool sample to your veterinarian to diagnose intestinal parasites or bacterial overgrowth. Fast Jax for 24 hours, allowing small amounts of water or unflavored PediaLyte. Resume feeding a bland diet in small frequent, amounts until symptoms resolve. Transition slowly to the regular diet afterwards. If the bloody stool worsens or if Jax develops lethargy, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite or abdominal pain then have him examined by your veterinarian.

I strongly recommend you arrange a full vet check and possibly biopsy of the growths. A fecal test may also be recommended if no obvious cause is identified. It is unlikely the symptoms are related but it could be possible
