That mass on Ryder's foot looks like a mass than an allergy but it is difficult to tell from a picture. You can try soaking it in an epsom salt bath but it really looks like it needs to be examined by a veterinarian. It could be something benign like a cyst or histiocytoma but it could also be a malignant mass such as a mast cell tumor. Having it examined by a veterinarian will give you a diagnosis and proper treatment so that he can get better.

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! This looks like a nodule or mass. This could be a benign growth or even an abcess or a malignant growth. I recommend you have Billy evaluated by your veterinarian for a test called fine needle aspirate which is an easy, quick and pain-free procedure which in the majority of cases will help reach a diagnosis to identify what the best course of action is based on the findings. In some cases, a biopsy is needed for a diagnosis. Treatment will be recommended based on the findings. Good luck! Keeping my fingers crossed that it is something benign.
