My cockatiel laid a bloody egg. What does this mean for her health?

I was holding my cockatiel trying to calm her using YouTube videos as a guide they were abused when they were younger and when I got them I I started practicing with them to get comfortable with people and she forced out an egg it's a little bloody I'm concerned

Ouch! It looks like the egg may have been a bit large and caused some discomfort, or was just produced too quickly. If she is otherwise acting normal, keeping an eye on her is best, however if she is actively bleeding or appears in distress/unable to defecate properly, it is best to seek veterinary care immediately.
