My chicken is limping and her leg bends forward. What should I do?

Hey, my chicken seems injured and I don't know what to do. Earlier this week she started limping so we separated her from the group to prevent any more injury. She's walking better now but her "knee" seems to be bending forward. I don't see any swelling and her toes seem to be fine. Maybe I'm missing something. Any advice would be appreciated. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Female | unspayed | 2 lbs
