Why is my dog not eating, throwing up black specs, shaking, licking walls?

My dog hasn't been wanting to eat for maybe 2 weeks now but we force her by tricking her by thinking we will eat It. Today she threw up seems to have black specs after throwing up she started shaking a little while later she started licking the couch and walls amd. Then she by the window just still shaking currently licking stuff again. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 7 lbs

Gypsy could have stomach ulcers causing her signs. In dogs we usually treat these with antibiotic and prescription stomach medications and sometimes a special diet. She could be anemic if she has any stomach bleeding as well. I recommend Gypsy be examined by her veterinarian and you discuss this possible diagnosis and treatment with him/her.
