Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 7 days old | 5 lbs
My puppy, a pug and terrier mix who is about 4 months old, has thrown up and dry heaved. We were traveling about 70 miles and fed him chicken nuggets on the way there. Then he was in a really hot truck for about an hour but it was moving with air and I gave him ice and water also. A couple hours after being indoors he threw up and dry heaved. Now his eyes are bloodshot and he's just been sleeping for a couple hours. He has ate some wet food though. Is this serious?

Its likely that Tank is unwell from the chicken nuggets. Also could be from motion sickness in the car. You did the right thing trying to cool him with iced water. If you have a thermometer, you can carefully take his rectal temperature it should be no higher than 103degrees Fahrenheit. If he is hotter than that you need to take him to an emergency vet. If it's below 103, but he still seems unwell tomorrow, you should take him to a regular vet. He may have pancreatitis from the nuggets.
