My Savannah monitor is twitching and can't walk well. What should I do?

Hi my name is kelvin i have a savannah monitor, i think it a she. she about 3 year old. today I found her twitching​ around her leg and body but not her neck, head or tail. she can walk but have trouble. i would like any idea of what i should gave her?

This is probably due to improper UV lamp and possibly not enough Calcium in the diet causing MBD. you need to get a new UVB bulb and you need to change it every 6 months, you also need to sprinkle calcium powder on his food every day.
