I have a bulldog mixed with pit. He has came in from outside now three times panting & breathing so heavy to point where he is laying on floor for almost a hour until he can catch his breath. Some ppl say bc he maybe running to much tiring his self out. But I have seen him do that before and hes never breath this hard from playing to much.I have met a person at the dog park we go to and her dog has a heart problem and she breaths heavy But mine breath Heavier than her when he does this...

If he seems to be breathing heavier than normal then he should be examined by a vet to determine the cause. Your vet can take a chest x-ray to evaluate his heart and lungs. It is not normal for a dog to breath heavy for an hour after exercise so I think you should definitely have him evaluated by a vet.
