My dog ate cotton balls with ear infection gunk. What should I do?

My one dog has a yeast infection in his ear, I was cleaning it out and my other dog, a 30 lb blue heeler, ate two of the cotton balls with the gunk on it! What do I do? Pet's info: Dog | Australian Cattle Dog | Male | unneutered | 7 months old | 30 lbs
