My cat's diarrhea is reddish and looks like tomato sauce. What to do?

My cat has been having reddish clay color diarrhea looks like tomato sauce. What does this mean? And what can I do for it?

Bashful may have blood in her stool, and diarrhea, which means something is going on. If she is not current on her vaccinations and deworming, then this may be the case. Regardless I recommend a vet visit to figure out if this is something serious or not. She may have a bacterial, protozoal, or worm infection going on that needs to be treated.
