My cat came home very sick after being lost. What should I do?

I don't know what happened my cat was lost for 2-3 days and when he came back he was so sick so I washed his discharge from his eyes and nose with some warm water and gave him food and water but he didn't eat or drink much of it. I have no idea what happened to him over the past 2-3 days but he looks really bad and he was perfectly fine before. What should I do? :( Thank you. Sparks could have some sort of head trauma, a significant upper respiratory tract infection, or even an exposure to a toxin . I recommend he be examined by a veterinarian as soon as possible so they can figure out exactly what's going on as well as recommend any further test such as blood work or x-rays. Do not give him any human medication as it can be very toxic to cats.
