My puppy has a red, droopy eye. Is it an infection or ulcer?

My puppies right bottom part of her eye looked really weird when I checked up on her, the skin looked very droopy. around her eye looks red/pink. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | 4 months and 15 days old | 7 lbs

It looks like she may have a little infection or an ulcer in that eye. You can try to rinse it will some artificial tears but if she is still favoring the eye I would have your vet examine the eye to see what is wrong. They will be able to stain the eye to see if there are any ulcers. And they will also be able to prescribe her the appropriate antibiotic drops if needed.
